When the production team behind George Clarke’s Beautiful Builds needed floor plans of the properties in the series, the production team needed a fast way to visualise layouts during the early planning stages. They used Made Snappy 360 – the same tool thousands of UK estate agents use to turn around listings.
It wasn’t a sponsorship. They just needed floor plans and virtual tours quickly, and it worked.
Hamish Summers, Series Producer at Plum Pictures, put it simply: “The ability of Made Snappy 360 to quickly generate floor plans and brilliant virtual tours of properties was invaluable, helping our TV production team to plan accurately when drawing up existing and proposed architectural plans for our renovations.”
Virtual Tour: Before and After
The programme shows the finished transformations, we’ve been given permission to share the virtual tours so viewers can explore the properties in more detail.

Want to create floor plans and virtual tours in minutes?
The same Made Snappy 360 system used during the production of George Clarke’s Beautiful Builds is already helping thousands of UK property professionals create floor plans and virtual tours from a single property visit.
A typical 3–4 bedroom property can be captured in around 10 minutes, with floor plans and virtual tours delivered the next day.
That’s what a primetime production team needed. It’s also what’s sitting in your listing workflow already.
