Here’s a breakdown of the costs for our full package.

£198/month (3-month rolling contract)
Properties: Covers up to 6 properties per month. Additional properties charged at £33 each, up to a maximum of 10 per month.
Camera pack: not included. Agents must either purchase the Ricoh SC-2 camera for £375.00 (camera purchase price is not subject to 10% discount) or use their own compatible camera.
10 properties per month
£270/month (Flexible 12-month contract)
Properties: Covers up to 10 properties per month. Additional properties charged at £27 each, up to a maximum of 10 per month.
Camera pack: Ricoh SC-2 camera included as standard. Agents may pause their contract for up to 2 months during the 12-month term (paused months will be added to the end of the contract).
25 properties per month
£625/month (Flexible 12-month contract)
Properties: Covers up to 25 properties per month. Additional properties charged at £25 each, up to a maximum of 10 per month.
Camera pack: Ricoh SC-2 camera included as standard. Agents may pause their contract for up to 2 months during the 12-month term (paused months will be added to the end of the contract).
